Let's go through each type of document to see what each is.

Please note, not all business types are required to submit all these documents.

  • Picture of Self - This should be a picture of the account owner

  • Proof of Identity - This can be an national ID, drivers license, or passport

  • Proof of Address - This can be a utility bill or bank statement which shows your address

  • Proof of Bank Account Ownership - This is typically a bank statement

  • Business Certificate - Issued by the Companies Office

  • Articles of Incorporation - Issued by the Companies Office when you register entities beyond Business Names, eg. LLC

  • Annual Return - This is an up to date statement with declarations of the entity's core filing information.

  • Notice of Directors - This declares the directors of your entity (Issued by Companies Office)

  • Notice of Secretary - This declares the secretaries of your entity (Issued by Companies Office)

  • Tax Compliance Certificate - This is a confirmation that you are up to date with your tax filings and are in compliance.
