Registration

First off, let's see who can register: - Individuals - Registered Businesses - Registered Companies We support all these account types. To register with Inkress, you need to fill the form at: https://www.inkress.com/regsiter. You'll need to enter the following information: Your Personal Information - Name - Your full name is necessary for compliance - Email Address - you will use this to login to your account - Password - for you to access the account Your Business Information - Name - Your business name - Phone - Your business phone number - Email Address - Inkress will communicate with you through this email address - Support Email Address - Your customers who purchase from your account will contact you through this email address - Username - This is your unique username/handle to be used across the Inkress platform - Business Type - Personal - You don't have a registered business or company - an individual - Sole-Trader - You have registered your business name - LLC - You have a registered Limited Liability Company - Non-Profit - You have a registered Non-Profit (you will be contacted for verification) - Alumni - You represent an Alumni Organisation (you will be contacted for verification) - Other - You do not see your organisation structure (you will be contacted for verification) - Branches - Let us know if you are a virtual company or have physical branches - Sector - What type of business you operate - logistics, retail, medical, etc.

Onboarding

After you've submitted your registration form, you'll be asked to verify your email. Once your email is verified, you will be brought to the onboarding page where you will be able to upload your ID and Selfie. You will also be able to create a new payment link to share with your customers. After you've completed the onboarding, you will be able to accept payments, however, you will be limited in the amount of money you can accept, to increase your limit, you will need to upload more compliance documents, the documents which you will be asked for will vary depending on your business type.

KYC Documents

Let's go through each type of document to see what each is. Please note, not all business types are required to submit all these documents. - Picture of Self - This should be a picture of the account owner - Proof of Identity - This can be an national ID, drivers license, or passport - Proof of Address - This can be a utility bill or bank statement which shows your address - Proof of Bank Account Ownership - This is typically a bank statement - Business Certificate - Issued by the Companies Office - Articles of Incorporation - Issued by the Companies Office when you register entities beyond Business Names, eg. LLC - Annual Return - This is an up to date statement with declarations of the entity's core filing information. - Notice of Directors - This declares the directors of your entity (Issued by Companies Office) - Notice of Secretary - This declares the secretaries of your entity (Issued by Companies Office) - Tax Compliance Certificate - This is a confirmation that you are up to date with your tax filings and are in compliance.
